I was always curious how life was behind the counter. Having experience in hospitality I wanted to dig a bit deeper into the hidden world of the receptionists. During this research I visited several places and had insightful interviews with lovely receptionists who gave their consent to share their chaotic worlds. Each of the experiences was unique and very adventurous too.  

I documented my research into a big map, with illustrated locations, people and the whirlwind of shared experiences.
